About This Role
We are hiring a Senior Technical Lead to join our team working on a high-impact digital product. If you are someone who thrives on building scalable technology, leading engineering teams, and bringing innovation to life in fast-paced environments, then this role is for you.
As a Senior Technical Lead, your key objectives will be to:
- Tech Ownership: Architect and scale the backend of a cloud-native SaaS platform using Python, Django, DRF, Docker, Azure, Celery, RabbitMQ, and PostgreSQL.
- Platform Innovation: Collaborate with leadership to embed AI-powered features and other emerging technologies—think immersive learning tools, personalization, and more.
- Team Leadership: Manage and grow a hybrid engineering team (currently 4, with plans to double next year). Build a high-performance culture grounded in autonomy, learning, and delivery.
- Ship Fast, Learn Faster: Prototype and release features rapidly to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Engineering Excellence: Set up and maintain development standards, DevOps pipelines, and scalable cloud infrastructure to support global reach.
We are looking For Individuals who have:
- 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth tech companies.
- Strong expertise in Python, Django, DRF, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong architectural knowledge (microservices, distributed systems, cloud infra).
- Proven ability to work with AI/ML technologies in production environments.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with B2B SaaS products before.
